Does the Amigo keep track of conversations?
Yes. Your Amigo stores each new conversation in it's individual knowledge base to offer a real sense of a human-like relationship. It remembers previous conversations and can refer to them. It also detects delays between conversations so it can catch up with relevant talks.
How do seniors talk with their Amigos?
Each Amigo has both a dedicated phone number and a URL link. You can either: 1/ program your Amigo to call on regular or specific dates (e.g.: every Tuesday and Thursday at 3pm) and the Amigo will call. 2/ call your Amigo 24/7 at its number. 3/ connect via its URL 24/7 and talk from your computer.
Can Amigo share harmful information?
No. Our Amigos are designed to prevent any harmful behaviors toward oneself or others. They also politely decline any form of hate speech and always promote comprehensive, peaceful and constructive solutions to any tense situation they are presented with.
